AR. UDAY KANADIA

MR. UDAY KANADIA is Director for planning and Designing, He is a Gold Medalist from L.S. Raheja College of Architecture. His dynamic nature and sparkling personality reflect in his work, leaving an everlasting impression on the minds of spectators. His motto is to design, detail and enjoy working in responsive to his client's need in a very honest, efficient and professional manner.

Past and current projects include master planning, malls, hotels, commercial and residential buildings, redevelopment projects, villas, bungalows, high-end apartments, restaurants, clubhouses, and showrooms. He aims at transforming every site into a stimulating environment, rich in inventive detailing.

JAYANT V. INAMDAR

MR. JAYANT INAMDAR is an alumnus of IIT - Bombay with Mtech (Structures) in 1979. He is an admired and respected engineer, internationally. His passion and dedication to the profession have led to his being elected as president of AESA, Pune 1999-2000, Secretary of ISSE 2001-2002, and Chairman of Indian Society of Structural Engineers, Pune Chapter 2010-2012.

He has also been on the Jury Panel for BAI Pune Centre Award in 2006 and for AESA Award in 2004-2005. A winner of the IIA Best Teacher Award 2003-2004, Jayant Inamdar is visiting professor at various architecture colleges.

JVI, as he is known as, is a keen observant of life and a true nature lover. When not on a client site, you will most likely find him tending to his garden at home or his den penning small verses on the slice of life.
